Brief Book Reviews: Two-thirds of a Space Trilogy

I am reviewing some books I have read during my time in Florida, using some short literary forms. Here are some romantic couplets on Out of the Silent Planet and Perelandra, the first two books C. S. Lewis's space trilogy. (I read these out of order due to availability; I do plan to read the final book in the series.)

O, mature harmony of Malacandra
And nascent purity of Perelandra!

Their names Mars and Venus in our vulgar tongue,
The former is older, the latter is young.

Inhabited by those never bent by sin,
These worlds showcase wonders without and within.

Ransom (a philologist) visits these two,
And learns lessons both Universal and True.

The joys of a life are in memory made;
Find joy in uniqueness of pleasures displayed.
